I am Kat. For twenty years I have been the person teams ask whether it is ready: as a tester, a Test Architect, and a Head of Delivery. Now I teach engineering and QA teams to make that call for themselves, and to make it faster than the tooling market wants them to.
Everything I teach is built on one principle: evidence beats guesswork. A well-designed experiment reveals more than months of planning, and asking the right question before a pilot is worth more than any tool you could pick.

ISTQB Certified Tester Quality in DevOps
Co-author, one of four. Approved by the ISTQB General Assembly in April 2026 and now the global certification standard for quality in DevOps.
Quality Engineering Foundations
An open, practitioner-owned project defining what quality engineering means and how to do it. Fifteen practitioners joined from the first call. It runs in public on GitHub.
Ministry of Testing Community Star
Awarded September 2025. Programme committee for PeersCon, mentor on ADPList, and a regular contributor to the testing community’s written record.
