I specialise in helping teams to formalise their QA process in an agile and DevOps oriented way. If your team is looking to improve the quality of their output but doesn’t want to sacrifice delivery speed, I can help you define processes to support this goal.
It is my belief that quality can not be tested into a product, and that great quality can only be achieved when the whole team owns it. This means considering quality from the start, architecting your solutions so they are testable, and setting up delivery pipelines that support fast and meaningful feedback loops.
Teams that own the quality of their work are happier, work together more effectively and deliver with more predictability.
My solutions
- are pragmatic and not dogmatic. I’ll help you understand what quality means for you in your context, in practical ways, and how you can demonstrate that you are meeting your goals.
- work for your team. I won’t be silently developing a master plan and leave you to apply it, I’ll work with your quality and development teams to help them implement steps that bring immediate improvements to their output.
- are not to sell you a specific tool or methodology. I ask questions to understand where the main blockers are, and facilitate your team’s solutions to remove them.

Training
You have a great team, all you need is a bit of hands on training to help them set up the right processes for their context? I am available to deliver specific trainings in all things agile quality and testing in DevOps, and regularly run live courses.
The topics range from Shift Left for Testers, to Test Strategy, to how to get rid of the test column on your agile board ( I have a presentation about that, too) and what to do with your automated test suite to reap the full benefit of fast feedback.
